I bought these two machines on 3-8-03. These are my summer projects but are in good shape. I will be posting more pics through out the restoration. I will probably replace the engines with a newer 4-stroke Briggs V-twin. If you have one for sale email me at bprice@ktis.net. I had a Boss back in '93 and that older page can be found here.
The Boss on the left is almost all original including the Kohler engine. The Boss on the right is in better condition with a Rotax engine. Both are 2-strokes.
Both machines have the original tires that are only 18x9.5-8. They give low ground clearance but have a good tread design and should swim well.
My '88 F-150 that traveled 930 miles round trip to Iowa to get my new toys. It took 80 gallons of gas which isn't bad since they were practically giving that stuff away.
